Looks like a carnosa, but with very pink flowers - either it has been placed in high light, or it's one of the cultivars - perhaps a variegated carnosa that's reverted?

Perhaps it's this one?
I lined the two up next to each other and the shapes of the pink petals are quite different. Also the leaves seem longer than my carnosa, but I could be wrong on that.
