*Could* be Solid Gold, but again, you may never know for sure.
There are several Brugs that come to mind that are a golden color but unless the person that gave it to you has a name it would be impossible for anyone to know what it is for sure.
As Teresa said you may never know for sure but you can still enjoy it just as much as a named one.
