Does anyone that has Saffron do this? I'm delighted that it's given me both orange and this sunshine yellow bloom but am wondering is this common? I sent an e-mail to HVH (love their stuff!) and they were amazed to see it do this. I'm hoping it's not my soil that's out of whack but it seems to be doing fine - no yellowing leaves - in fact it's producing more leaves and is growing.
I have Saffron and mine blooms more orange with red, my mom also has one and hers tends towards orange/yellow. Not as yellow as yours, but she's definitely got less orange than mine. Hers is in part shade on a porch, and mine is in direct sun.
