How much is full board in your state?

The average in my area for full board including pasture turn out is 650.00 it goes up to 1,000.00. For self care it runs about 350.00 if you can find a place. For self board most of the farms do not have a indoor arena and very limited places to ride off the farm. I'm located in southern New Jersey and can't even begin to imagine where people get the money to do this?

I need to move to a farm.
