Candelabra Plant, False Cactus, Dragon Bones, Elkhorn (Euphorbia lactea)
amontyca,
Nice looking plant you have there, but this looks to be the 'Regular' Euphorbia lactea instead of the "Grey or White Ghost" cultivar. There is a separate entry page for the Regular Euphorbia lactea located here: http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/91573/
The White or Grey Ghost plant is variegated and grey or Whitish in color, yours dosen't appear to be variegated.
Would you like to have your photo moved to the right page?

Oops, have not logged in for awhile... I see there are still no other mention of Euphorbia Lactea Grey Ghost on Davesgarden.
As you can see the plant has grown some in the last 3.5 years (about 100% taller), still indoors, and shows more clear signs of variegation along the stem. It was sold as "Grey Ghost" by grower, The Plant Man, M&J Buckner, 2615 Congress St., San Diego CA 92110

Yes, it showing more of the white splotches or stripe on the spine of the plant. I don't know if that would be technically called variegation because that's how the plant normally and naturally is.
But nevertheless... ...
Sometimes there's mix-ups with labels, which has been my experience with mis-labeled plants. Who knows where the mix-up could have happened. It's not my position to place any blame.
In my assessment, Grey Ghost looks the same as the White Ghost cultivar.
I have looked at some grey Ghost pictures online.
Your plant looks to be thriving. Is it getting enough light? Because it looks lighter green than before.
Xeno.
That is not a ghost form of Euphorbia lactea, but a normal form (as Xenomorf pointed out, all Euphorbia lacteas are variegated). Ghost forms are nearly devoid of green entirely.
