I work part-time in the Horticulture Dept. at the Jacksonville (Florida) Zoo & Gardens. We are gearing up for our annual "Spooktacular" event which will occur over the next couple of weekends. A principle part of the decorations is about 1,000 carved pumpkins. As you can imagine, that means there are a lot of pumpkin seeds disemboweled and tossed into a pit and buried (to keep them from growing and overtaking everything!). If there is an interest in having them, I could mail about as many of the seeds as might be wanted to one person and that (willing and able) person could distribute them; or if there is one person interested in having them all (for next year's pumpkin farm or to roast and eat for months to come?), I could mail them to that person. Unfortunately my time constraints can't allow me to mail out a lot of packages, so I would like to just mail a humongous amount of the pumpkin seeds to one person. Also, I won't be able to do much cleaning and preparation of the seeds other than to box them up raw and mail them.
Let me know if anyone is interested. I hate to see the seeds go to waste.
