Lean to greenhouse

I have a space beside my garage that is sufficient to have a 10 ft lean to. It will be 12 ft wide. Has anyone ordered one like this and from whom? My neighbor who is a builder will put it together for me but doesn't really want to build it from scratch. I will have electricity and water available so that is not a problem. I will get morning and midday sun. The garage will protect it from the pm sun. I would appreciate any advise you can give. Thank you. Elaine
