Anyone know of a faster way to make sun-dried tomatoes, other than 8-9 hours in the oven at 200 degrees?
What about broiling them? Would they then be considered 'roasted'? Would they have the same flavor and texture?
I've got a lot of Juliets that I'd like to dry but after making 5 or 6 batches last month, my power bill went up over $100...not worth it!
Any ideas?
