Hello Hibiscus Fans;,,,,
While I was looking at all the beautiful blooms on the forum and listening to the ball game on the radio I thought I'd share a picture of a seedling that bloomed for me today..... It's a cross of Edward LaPlante and Mr Ace... I started the seed last March, so the plant is only 7 months old....The bloom measured 4½ inches...

New seedling
I like the color on this one. Also the veining. Nice.
very unusual shade of blue, very nice.
The color of the stamens really pops against that background of lavendar blue.
I love this one - almost a a grey-ish blue, and I've got to agree with Brugue, the veining is super cool!
I am in love. Wow so pretty.
Great color, good job!
Thanks for all the replies everyone;,,
I forgot I had even posted this plant.... Will be interesting to see the winter blooms as the plant is starting to put out some new buds....Hasn't grown to much but it looks like it's doing well on it's own roots... Because the first bloom was in early Fall, it will be interesting to see if it keeps the mini size this summer...

I hope it does well for you. I sure like it.
