Energy lack of it; how to get it; PLEASE!!

i have zero energy; i have health issues...lupus, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia; have had them about 10 yrs....; have had no energy about that long; ...feel like i am walking thru water ....but i am on dry land; exhausted; i have been running our own business for 10 yrs as when you get sick your bills don't stop; but i still have no energy; the business is not making money....i wish; i am going to have to get a paying job....i will not be worth anything without energy; i push myself the whole day to try to accomplish things....and it is a real push; am already on meds for the fibro and cfs ....effexxor and elavil...haylp:)
