the flares have some fairly mature roots. TOC and PS are smaller rooted cuttings. i had them in 4 in. pots and while the roots reached the end of the pots they did not fill them up.
i am interested in other hardy hib., or other hardy perennials for my zone. bulbs, vines, plants. no water, total shade or house plants. thanks.
