CLOSED: angelina sedum

St. Louis County, MO(Zone 5a)

Please, if you are cutting this back, I fell in love with this plant when I saw it in a garden at an outdoor wedding. It would be perfect in the large garden I'm repairing at church that currently had Red Shrub Roses as the background and Yellow Mums for the fall. It needs a low growing ground cover plant to help fill in the space. I have little to trade, but would be very willing to pay for starts or plants. I am able to baby them over the winter in a protected area of my yard. I do have caladium bulbs I could trade, & seeds for purple hyacinth bean vines.

Thank you!

Cathy I believe I have the sedum you are looking for. Let me check when I get home from work and I'll email you this evening after I get some sleep (work night shift).

Thank you Colleen, I'll be watching for it! Cathy

Oh, gosh, Cathy! I wish I'd seen this sooner. I have an Angelina that I'm going to winter over in a pot, and I could have easily trimmed it & sent the cuttings. Unfortunately, the temp dropped to 31F last night, so I don't know if the stems are frozen or not. I'll check this afternoon when it warms up a bit. If they are limp and floppy, it's probably too late.
