Thanks! I am trying out my new camera, still find it hard to get an exact color, will keep trying. It is a favorite bloom and the foliage looks real good too so far too.

I think reds are one of the most difficult colors to capture effectively, and a rose like Hot Cocoa especially so as it's so variable. I was so disappointed when this one didn't overwinter in Maine (not that I had really expected it to), hopefully if I have a garden here I can try it again, it really is a gorgeous rose.

What kind of camera did you get btw?

I have more trouble with purples.
Canon Rebel XTi. So much to learn, need to decide on a couple of lenses.
