Sweet potato recipes

I had some sort of a sweet potato casserole at a chain restaurant called Cracker Barrel I think. I believe the recipe had Quaker oats in it. I've searched DG for a sweet potato casserole recipe that might be the one but can't seem to find one that has oats in it. Does anyone know the recipe for the sweet potato casserole that had pecans and oats in it per chance?

The other sweet potato recipe I need is for a pie. It was a recipe given to my Mom by one of her best friends who grew up in Mississippi somewhere. From memory, I think the recipe had brown sugar in it and some sort of liquor. I could be wrong, it's been a while. I've tried a few of the sweet potato pie recipes and none of them are right. Does anyone have a southern sweet potato pie recipe that might be close to the one my Mom used to make that was given to her from her friend? Both of these ladies have passed away and the kids of my Mom's friend said that sweet potato pie recipe was not really their Mom's but their Grandmother's and they'd like to have it too.
