I've always used ground chuck, and maybe even ground beef with a greater fat content than ground chuck when making hamburger patties for the grill. But somehow the flavor you get nowadays is not the same as I remember it as a kid. Is it my old taste buds, or are they using 'baby beef' rather than heavy beef today?
Second question -- is there any particular seasoning that I can mix in the ground chuck that will bring back that good old-fashioned taste?
