...my husband took pictures of hoyas blooming...MOST of which he wrote the names down!!! Here is one from before I left...H. polyneura!!! First time ever to get a bloom!! Since then the plant has gone downhill but I hope to save it!!!!

H. sp. Sulawesi which Ted thought might be the H. tomataensis but it isn't. H. tomataensis has clear sap which this one doesn't....

I just purchased a Hoya sp Sulawesi from Ted Green. Is the flower in your picture what I may expect? Sweet:)

Yes...same plant! And it grows and blooms and blooms and blooms...grown in a lot of light the leaves take on a cool red tinge.

Thanks Carol. It's fairly small now but a little Florida sun, heat and humidity ought to do the trick. I'll put it up high in the greenhouse.
