I have had this hibiscus for about 20 years. It is growing in a pot with an orchid cactus. I think I dropped a piece of the cactus in the hibiscus pot a long time ago and it rooted. We call it the "Odd Couple". I am afraid to try to separate them at this point. I don't want to kill either one. I may take some cactus cuttings as a backup. They are both the same color red though the cactus is not blooming at the moment.
Anyone else have any hibiscus oddities?
