this species is supposed to have red flowers, so these certainly seem suspect and atypical.

Suspect and atypical of what plant?
Where did you see that the Dudleya anthonyi 'White form' has red flowers?
Wasn't able to verify on google and I don't have a book with a description.

This pict I posted here shows red stems and the same white leaves:

In this photo it dosen't have red stems or red flowers:

I dont know anything about the red stems, but this site
http://www.desert-tropicals.com/Plants/Crassulaceae/Dudleya_anthonyi.html
mentions the red flowers (and mine has red flowers, too, which brought this up). I got mine from someone who's expertise is Echeverias and Dudleyas and has done research on these plants both here in the US and Mexico... so I assume he may know what he's talking about... but I have no proof.

Neither photo you gave shows the actual flowers by the way.

So what else could it be?
the leaves are shaped exactly the same as the "white forms"
The "green Form" has different leaves. Could it be the "White form" has different flowers?
If you can, ask the person who has the expertise, where you acquired yours.

I think it may be Dudleya brittonii
