Looking for Sedum Seed

North West, OH(Zone 5b)

Does anyone have any for SASE or trade?

Greenville, IN(Zone 6a)

I have some Purple Emperor that I've been watching for seed I've never collected it but looks like it should be easy, I don't think it's quite ready yet but you are welcome to some when they are.

Have you ever seen sedum seed is it real tiny? I wonder if it has a lot of fluff in it like the butterfly bush seed?

How very kind of you LeBug. I posted late last night and I'm afraid that although my thoughts were fully formulated in my mind, they didn't make the complete jump to my keyboard. LOL! I do have the Purple Emporer as well as Vera Jameson and now I'm looking more for the low-growing ground covers. But thank you so much for your offer!

I can't say that I've ever noticed the seed on either of them, but I'll bet you're right with regards to the size. I will have to watch and see this year.

I have a tri color and the plain green I can send you starts too, I've never seen them bloom, I have the names to them just have to find the labels. Starts would probably go in an envelope if you want them we could trade something.

I have a silver sedum like this one in the plantfiles too but don't know what the name is it multiplies like crazy but I have never seen this one bloom either.

The plain green low growing sedum I have was just labeled 'John Creech'

I would love starts of any of those, TYVM! I do like that one in the link. Actually I have a tiny (and I do mean tiny) patch of the tri-color. I've had it 3 years. It comes back every year but I don't think it's spread even an inch in that length of time. Has yours done well for you?

Is there anything in particular you're looking for? I have some seeds on my trade list and a few that I've not yet added. Just let me know and thanks! :)

Do you have yours in the sun or part sun? Mine is in part sun and yes they multiply really good.

I'll check your list out. Do you have any sedums to share? Dmail me while I look.....:o)

Hey Lala - I'd be interested in trading for some of your Spike Speedwell/Veronica spicata 'Red Fox' seed. Would you like a seed head from Black Jack?

Rainsville, AL(Zone 7a)

Lala_Jane, I have Sedum that blooms a light beige and grows medium height about 8-12" tall. Would you like to trade for Purple Amaranth?
