Wow, looks really great yet. I'm afraid mine are all done for the year with the exception of my "Sweet Autumn" Clematis ternifolia.

Just gorgeous! A second wave of Prince Charles and Piilu are all that remains for me in the clematis department. I do pass a house on my way to work that is being swallowed by a Sweet Autumn. Dawn, how does The President perform for you in the heat? I've thought about getting one for a while, and would love to hear your opinion.

This is my 2nd year with The President and so far it has done great through the heat. I haven't had a problem with it till now. Actually I have a couple of these ones and I find they do better here than the rest of them so far.

I'll have to add it to my list -- thanks Dawn!

Hey guys! I'm so excited! I bought this Will Goodwin which looked kinda sick, but mature, about 2 months ago. It lagged and looked burnt and crusty & wilted for awhile and I thought about moving it to a sunnier location, but then decided to just cut off all the leaves instead of just the worst looking ones here & there. He immediately busted a move & thanked me today! I know it's only two, but there are many buds and I'm so happy he's feeling better. and happy I didn't feed him yet. This is how we newbies learn.
