Where can I buy Juvenile Ducks????
My email specials from Murray McMurray had something about ducks but I didn't pay much attention. It does look like they still have females depending on the breed. You have to buy ten though they can be mixed breeds. http://www.mcmurrayhatchery.com/category/ducklings.html
Thanks - I had looked at them earlier - they only sell ducklings......
the ones that they do sell as juveniles are "special" or rare breeds.....
I just need khaki campbells and/or pekins.....
I only did a little searching and it seems like ducklings are the easiest to find and usually only in spring. Have you tried running an ad in the local paper or maybe even craig's list?
There is a sign up by the kids school, that the people have pea fowl, chickens and ducks for sale. I've been wanting some pea hens but haven't stopped because I didn't want to come home with more birds yet. LOL Maybe I'll stop and see what they have. I'd have no idea how to ship them though. Hmmmm.
