I am trying to increase the oat in my diet. Besides eating oatmeal for breakfast I'm looking for a snack like recipe. I picked up some of Quaker Granol Bites - the cinnamon flavor. They are very good. They are little light balls of crunchy granola. A pouch is 20 g and it has 90 calories and 3.5 g of fat. Does anyone have any idea how I can try to make something similar with less fat. Or maybe better fat - this has 2 g of saturated fat.
