Do any of you have butterfly houses? I just bought one and have seen some swallowtail activity around it but I wonder if they really use them.
butterfly houses?
I haven't bought one of those for the garden, it seems like a good place for a spider to lay ambush. However, I did buy one for inside, it is all painted and just so cute.
I have heard from people on here that the only things that really live there are things that would kill a BF. It is a shame too because I think it would be so cool to have a house like that and a butterfly actually take advantage of it and be safe. I hope you have luck with yours. Let us know if you do.

bluesmaven - The Butterfly House makes very a attractive garden decor, but unfortunately are totally useless to real butterflies! Lizards, stickbugs, and spiders live in mine at different times of the year.
