Hi everyone,
I have great success with ground orchid here in Naples. Then a new variety called 'Grapette' was available, and I planted it. But the leaves are splitting lengthwise, with no signs of insects, and I wonder if anyone else has seen this?

I've tried to keep alot of my big leaved plants from spliting but I noticed the wind has alot to do with it too. Are yours in a place where they are exposed to the wind ?
I think I found the answer to this: slugs. Yep. I asked around locally and as I am having a huge snail problem this also makes sense; iron phosphate tot he rescue! let's see if that fixes it.
