Can anybody tell me about scrophularia nodosa variegata? I can't seem to find much on the Internet about its care and feeding.

I have one growing in a sunny spot in light clay and it's done great. But should I cut it back hard this fall to keep it looking good?

I bought it for its foliage and in anticipation of the beautiful buds opening up. But the flowers don't get very big. However, it was a big hit with the bees this year.

I'm back. :~)

It was bugging me that I couldn't find this plant in any of my books because I could have sworn that I've come across it several times. I went to googleUK and searched on it there. Have you tried that? Here's the results page in case you feel like weeding through (sorry):

Thanks, You. I'll take a look at what you found. Most of what I found was in the UK, too, as I recall. Maybe I'll have to become the expert. LOL
