Hi All
I recently had a potato dish at a local restaurant that was unusual because the small grilled potatoes in the dish were blue. They had a delicious nutty flavor. There seems to be a number of blue/purple varieties out there so I was wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what blue potato varieties might have this characteristic?

Nathan there are many cultivars of blue to purple Irish potatoes. I have only grow Peruvian and All Blue. The fact that you got in a restaurant would seem to indicate that is one of more available cultivars.
