What to do with cutting?

Port Saint Lucie, FL(Zone 9b)

In an awesome exchange I just did, I got this cutting. her main branch is 13" and the 2 branches that come off the top are 6". She obviously has full leaves. i have rooted a small cutting before but never anything so big. What should I do. Wait for her to dry up? Cut off leaves or wait for them to fall off? Root her as is and hope she takes?

Second issue is this 2nd Picture. This little arm has broken off when my trader broke off the main branch. The branch is very small. Maybe 2-3 inches and it is still green and not brown. You can see where she broke from. What should I do with mini?

Yes, cut or pull off the leaves and dispose of them. I see rust on at least two leaves. I would just plant it now after dipping it in rooting hormone. You may still have a couple of months of warm weather, but if it starts to drop below 60, I would root it on a heating pad inside. I would graft the little one to a seedling or toss it. You could try planting it about an inch deep and see if it will root, but that is usually too small to root.

As Clare said, cut off the leaves; I think you will be fine rooting it where you are in the next few months. In my experience larger cuttings root faster.
The baby - graft or try rooting. But it's very green... not much hope. I am looking at two tips just like that here at my place and wondering what to do with them LOL.
