We stomped the games again. YEE HAW ...

Cocoa Beach, FL(Zone 10a)

PROUD to be a newbie (part time) member of the NE Gardening Forum.

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Yeah! Your T-Shirt looks beautiful Kassia. I hope my other two come in the next couple of days, they sent email back the shirts were back in stock now.

Westbrook, CT(Zone 6a)

A spate of blogs and repartee, a-
nother case of logarrhea!

The Monadnock Region, NH(Zone 5a)

LOL, Don!

Kassia ~ LOVE the T-shirt!!!!! Good choice.

Framingham, MA(Zone 6a)

thanks... it's very soft!!!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Yes, I received the newsletter between 9:30 and 10 and posted the good news on the blooms thread! Shirt looks nice Kass.

Logarrhea!?? Sounds like an oxymoron!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

I just had the most devious idea. We should all go to one of the most inactive forums - like soap making or appliances - and leave something like 100 posts in a few minutes (like prime time on our forum!). It would freak them out!

OH MY GOD - ROFLOL it took a couple of seconds to sink in.

Appleton, WI(Zone 5a)

I will go along with this, but am not really concerned about the numbers - more the fun.
Logically the NE forum should rate high because because the poplutaion for that area is the highest of any regional forum. I do have a hunch that if Dave had hindsight 20/20 he wouldn't have granted any single states a regional forum because of being so exclusionary.

that's it for my serious this week ;)

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

I was only kidding about doing it. But it would be funny. Not sure about the population thing Al. Some of the other regions cover large populations too. It has more to do with steady posters. There are WAY more DGers from the NE than actually post in the Forum.

Appleton, WI(Zone 5a)

It would be funny to start a few OT threads and spout the usual usual. You know I'm not the hippest person, but I saw some thread from Needle Arts go by and thought 'hmm - that's not about tattoos is it?'

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

'DG Ink'??

Appleton, WI(Zone 5a)

No tats for me - I stand out more now without one.

Hey we have a Trash to Treasure, but no Treasure to Trash!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Or Trailer to Trash!

Appleton, WI(Zone 5a)

yes, quite quite old chap.

Wheatfield, NY(Zone 6a)

now there's an idea...we could all get a tattoo of the DG logo...who's up for it?

Appleton, WI(Zone 5a)

just when I had my knit one and pirl(lol) two's down

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Better yet - one of the T-shirt designs.

Medway, MA(Zone 5b)

I'll take a DG tat as long as it says NE Forum also! I'll put it right next to my Orange County Choppers tat . . . just joking! But I do like OCC.

Maybe we should make t-shirts for the other forums that say, "Someone's posting on the NE Forum and all I got was this lousy t-shirt!"

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

How about a play on the popular bumper sticker for cars - 'My other Forum is the NE!'

Medway, MA(Zone 5b)

Victor, I'd rather it said "My main forum is the NE, I'm just visiting here"!

Upper Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 5a)

Hey, I can go on vacation next week and not have to worry about posting or should I say not posting. Mittsy from Cicero - I grew up a million years ago in Camillius so I'm a pre-historic Crego-Hudson. Pic is looking over the valley of Camillus at the Hudson family farm on the other hill. Eleanor

Kaasia - that's my favorite shirt!! Eleanor

Medway, MA(Zone 5b)

Hey, I was just wondering - did we win because we talk too much, or because we have nothing better to do with our time (except garden)?!!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Yes.

Medway, MA(Zone 5b)

Although, once all the new Fall shows start next week . . . I can't wait for LOST!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

If tv shows were all canceled until further notice, I would yawn.

Appleton, WI(Zone 5a)

Victor - now you're doing Kass's game, I know the question 'paper or plastic?'

Framingham, MA(Zone 6a)

paper!!!! lol!!!

Framingham, MA(Zone 6a)

thanks Eleanor... post away on vacation... how about you "journal"??? that's what I am thinking of doing next week!!!! so I can bore all of you with my rose adventures... actually Zuzu and I have serious plans to visit some nurseries and gardens... not just to see roses but whatever beauty we can see!!!!

Upper Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 5a)

I would post if I had a computer. My daughter has a laptop but the modum died last year on it. One day soon after I found her online on my computer building a dell and I thought this is a perfect way for me to repay her for all she does for me (she is so good to me) so I bought the computer for her. Well any way I can't post and I'm going to miss all of you guys and I won't journal but I will have my camera and I'll journal that way!! I'm going to visit the Seaside Dayliy Farm (if they are open this time of year when there are no blooms), Polly Hill Arboretum (plants and trees), Mytoi Garden and others. I know it is not the best time of year for garden tours but we're missing the crowds!! LOL I can still get a few more posts in before I leave on Sunday. Eleanor

Has anyone seen this? http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/769959/#new
If you have been having problems with typing test and it disappears please post so Dave can fix it. It has happened to alot of people and I remeber it happened to one of us on the NE forum. Let's put our 2 cents in and help Dave out.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

We're up to post 3.99 million.

Appleton, WI(Zone 5a)

Oi! My fingers are getting tired, not my brain though - I stopped using it.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

We have to come up with a game plan for 4 mil.

Appleton, WI(Zone 5a)

OK - you go into the DG forum and create some diversion about injustice and censorship and Pixie will sneak around the back with 400 posts of DL's ;)
