Hiya ..

Our garden has produced a fine harvest of cabbages ..

I am going to do all the 'usual' stuff with 'em .. make some slaw and kraut .. but .. have heard of a recipe that includes cabbage and red onion and vinegar .. anyone have a clue as to how this is done ??
