I've sewn one pod of seeds from episcia Strawberry Patch,have one left on the plant and two pods ready to sew. Anybody wanna trade? They're easy to grow from seed but I don't know how long they stay viable.
I lost both pairs of av leaves of Ma's Prince Froggy and Pow Wow that I got from Violet Gallery so those are my two top "Wants". but I also have a long wish list of others I'd like if I can't get these two.

Hi Bigred! Remember the seed pods of E. Strawberry Patch you sent me? I planted them on 9/21 and look what I found last night!! I am sooo excited! I sure hope these babies will survive and grow for me! I wasn't sure but decided to experiment myself so just planted them in straight vermiculite and put the container in a zip lok bag and under the grow lights.
Yippee .... I am doing a happy dance here! I've grown annual and perennial seeds for years but am really new to Gessie seeds. Had some Strep seeds germinate awhile back but they ended up dying pretty quickly. Don't know for sure why. I am gonna try my very hardest to get these Episcia's to grow and thrive!

YAY! Good for you! I had really,really good luck with my Faded Jade seeds. I sewed my one pod I had left of Strawberry Patch but just a couple of days ago,I knocked the pot over...RATS!" scooped up everything and put it back in the pot but the seeds are probably to deep now. Good news though....I found a new pod on SP so I get a second chance.
