Have Goji/Wolfberry

Greensburg, PA

My 3 year old goji needs some trimming this year. Goji is easy to start from cuttings. I will trade a few cuttings about 6" long for the items listed here or for postage according to info below. I have had nearly 100% success rooting goji cuttings of this size in water or potting mix and will provide instructions. I am looking to set up trades for eary October.

I am seriously looking for Actinidia kolomikta (the arctic kiwi) and would specifically like a couple of small plants, but will consider cuttings, fruit or seed from people who can assure me that this is the varieity of kiwi they have. I am not looking for A. argutas at this time. If necessary, I can ship 1 small (1'-2' established plant) goji plant that I have been growing in a pot for a trade of kolomika plant(s).

I am looking for trades of the following:

Interesting Oxalis: I have Iron Cross, purpurea (thanks Daisy!) and Oca but will accept the red tubered red stemmed variety of Oca and other unusual Oxalis's, Just a few bulbs to get me started, please give proper name for what you might want to trade.

Actinidia kolomikta male, female or unknown(gender) plants, seeds, berries, decent sized cuttings. Please be sure of your identification, as there is some confusion with some vendors of A. kolomikta and A. arguta due to sloppy naming.

Any zone 5 hardy Actinidia (kiwi) other than A. aruguta varieties. Please, no fuzzy's

Unusual edibles that I do not have such as
trebizond date
goumi
seaberry - named varieties (already have Titan, Sunny and male)
named varieties of currants and gooseberries that I do not have (inquire, I have a collection)

Passiflora seed (named varieties, please - I have very limited space, so will need to be picky here)

I will consider other items as well, so please feel free to make a suggestion, but...please don't be angry or disappointed if I have to pass the passie that you are offering)

I will wait a week or so to line up trades for the above. After that, I will open this up for shipping for postage based on the anticiapted cuttings and number of trades. However, due to work and gardening time contraints if doing "for postage" , you will need to ship to me an appropriate sized box, shipping label and postage for the cuttings if we are not doing a trade. I just do not have the time to come up with all of that at this time and will want to just pack and label your box for return shipment. I know that this is not completely fair, but it is the only way I can offer the goji at this time. I cannot accept any responsiblity for someone shipping me a box without a prior confirmation & go ahead from me.

Please post your intent to trade or desire for cuttings here. Any trade proposals will take precedence over "for postage", but I will try to acocmodate an many as possible. I think I should be able to do about 10, but possibly more. I will d-mail you back to discuss details and confirm.

I will accept a few multiple trades for A. kolomikta, and for any trade of kolomikta plants I will guarantee you a live goji plant (rooted cutting) from your cuttings. Should you not get a plant from your cuttings this year (and traded kolomikta plants) , I will ship a small plant to you in the spring from some cuttings I will start here this fall. That's as fair and attractive a deal I can offer.
