turtle candy made with small round pretezels

I saw a receipe where you made turtles with the small round pretezels , dove candy with carmel and put a pecan on top. You put them in the oven but I have forgot where I saw the receipe. Does any one have it or have made them. I'm getting ready for a bake sale.
