Chinese takeout Lemon Chicken recipe

Des Moines, IA(Zone 5a)

I made this tonight - its from "kraft foods" recipes, it was great! I wanna make it again using beef & maybe orange Jello, I need to get this recipe out to my kids - they'll love it!

Chinese takeout Lemon Chicken

1 tbsp oil
1 lb. White chicken breast cut into strips (easier to cut when parcially frozen)
2 cups snow peas-trimmed ( I did'nt have snow peas so I used alot of red onion)
1 red pepper cut into strips
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp Kraft zesty italian Dressing
1 package (4 serving size) Jello lemon flavor gelatin
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 c. chicken broth

Heat oil in a large skillet on medium/high heat, stir in the chicken strips & cook 4 min - add pepper strips, snow peas & garlic - cook 2 minutes more

Mix dry jello & cornstarch - add dressing until Jello is disolved, add to skillet & reduce the heat to low/medium & cook 3 more minutes until thickened - add to cooked rice or noodles (I used spaghetti noodles because hubby isn't a rice eater)
Yummmm!
