Hey, Everyone, for your information, 'Brad's White' is a name that I made up to describe the cuttings of the white that Brad (FlyboyFL) sent to me and others. I also distributed the cuttings under that name just so people would know where the cuttings came from and who was the original owner and gifter. It was not meant to be an official name and in no way should be placed in PlantFiles under that name.
Now that I've seen it bloom in person, it actually is a light pink and an unnamed hybrid and should remain that way. I don't know who made that entry, but I've asked for it to be removed from PlantFiles. Let's try to keep PlantFiles as correct as possible with legitimate verifiable names. We have enough problems with names without adding made-up names to the database.

Erroneous Entry in PlantFiles
I found another entry under 'Mauve' that I thought was erroneous also, but it looks like Elizabeth Thornton is registering one under that name. I wouldn't think it would be an acceptable name since it is obviously just a color. It would be like naming a yellow "Yellow."

Yes, I found it on the PSA's 2007 registration list. Thanks. I don't think that name is going to work as it is a color, and more mauve's are coming out all the time, but probably not a lot of people have this one anyway.
