I recently tried this recipe and I am HOOKED!
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
2 chipotle chili's in adobo sauce
I put the 2 chilis in the food processor and ground them up and then just added the mayo and sour cream into the processor and pulsed it to mix. It looked a little light for my taste so I added a few drizzles of the adobo sauce from the chili can and then put it in the fridge overnight for the flavors to meld. I have used it in our breakfast burrito's, on turkey sandwiches, my daughter used it as a dip for chips and I even added a bit to my chicken salad. YUM!
