Marinated Garden Tomatoes
6 large Tomatoes - cut into wedges
1/2 Cup thinly sliced green onions
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves - minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon snipped fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon coarsley ground black pepper
Place Tomatoes & onions in a shallow bowl, combine the remaining ingriedients & pour over the tomatoes & onions - cover & refridgerate overnite or at least 2 hours.
