Thanks, debnes. They seem to be gone already.

Trois...I think more will come after this frontal system goes through. The ones that were in the south seem to be taking advantage of the wind currents. Others from further north will be stopping by for nourishment after the front.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

I think so too Frank, I am way north of Trois and I see them out there frolicking today still.

Definitely, I still have them up here. :-)

Santa Fe, TX(Zone 9b)

THERE IS A FRONT SOMEWHERE?

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Well Trois, Today it was so nice, the coolest day in a long time. I drove my SIL to Granberry and drove back alone just as the sun was setting. The birds were flying in flocks and dipping down into the fields in sheets of silk. I don't think it got out of the 70*s.

It was a wonderful reprieve.

Marlton, NJ

That does sound nice debnes! We're about to go into those type of temps this week.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Pelle,
Before I get all excited I have to remember, this is Texas.. Things can change back and forth before were officially into fall. I do love this time of year. NJ can be like that too from what I remember.

Santa Fe, TX(Zone 9b)

I could see the cool front stalled about 15 miles North of us. That is normal for here.
