I've made the decision to down size my cactus collection some. This way I can give my undivided attention to a few specific kinds...and do a better job over wintering them this year. Please know none of these are rare - most will be ones that can be found at your big box stores (with a few exceptions) - but it would be a nice selection or 2 for someone just starting out. I would prefer to do 1-3 decent sized trades...with postal rates what they are, it only makes sense to do this way. I will take photos today - to have avail via dmail later this afternoon.
I'm trying to get a butterfly/hummingbird garden going in my back yard - so any plants/seeds that are hummer/butterfly friendly would be welcomed. And of course, I have a weakness for highly scented plants.

Oh! Oh! Chantell, a friend of mine just moved to Edwards Air Force Base in CA... and she's been asking me what plants she can grow there... I will try to call her tomorrow and see if she is interested... Would you be willing to wait for a selection of scented geraniums in return?
BTW, you'd love the "back story"... when she moved here a couple of years ago, she was so totally not a gardener! But her daughter was interested and became my number one garden helper (DH called her my "Paduon Learner" a la George Lucas). Valerie, on the other hand, did not want to mess up her manicure... but then she wanted just one flower by the front door (and I made her dig the hole).... well...
When they found out which house they'd be living in on the base, almost the first thing she did was to see which way the house was oriented with regard to what parts got how much sun, so she knew what sort of plants to put where, and she stuck a shovel into the foundation beds and was delighted to find "good dirt" there. I'm so proud! LOL
