I have been looking at the plant files and I came across a AV called Kimono and mine looks close to it. this is why I don't look at the plant files than on my stick it said Comic Wonder. So Now I have no idea. And are all AV called Saintpaulia I know that means from African Yes? That is why I am called Dim

Kim, I know I got your d-mail showing me that mat earlier and I KNOW I answered you d-mail, but it's not there now!!! ????? I hope I didn't send the d-mail about the mat to someone else, they won't know what in the world I'm talking about. LOL. My brain isn't working today! I will have to go see if I can find who I sent the dmail to! Or who knows, I may have typed it and never hit send!
Anyway, what I said in my answer is that looks exactly like what I need cause I am always trying to be careful and not make a mess and then I end up with soul and leaves and stuff everywhere! Those mats look great!

Mats!? Mats?! what mats are these?
I got a good idea from a DGer...............layers and layers of newspaper.............after you finish one plant potting up, gather the newspaper and throw that layer in the trash and you don't make such a big mess...........going to do that from now on..........as I am ruining the septic tank............
I do use newspaper sometimes, but I am usually out on my deck and I always have the watering can full of water and water as I go along repotting .... usually the paper gets wet, muddy and mushy along with me! So, one of those potting mats would be nice!
Re blurry pictures. What time of day are you taking the photo? Is this inside or out?
Best time for pictures is early morning or evening (outside, that is). You could take the platn outside and try for a picture.
Oh, no............I am lazy............take all my pics under the gro lights.............too much trouble to take them outside....................shame on me!!!!!!!!!!!
I use those cheap Aluminum baking pans you can buy from the dollar store. Works well and can throw them out when they become useless.
