With my recent post about my sport, it has been brought to my attention my Peaches & Cream may not be P & C,
So I thought I would post what should be MILK & HONEY & WHISKERS, as I got them from the same seller a few years ago, They are not the same color, I just don't have a very good camera.
Thanks for any & all help :)Anita
#1- Should Be Milk & Honey
#2- Should Be Whiskers
I Should Be, But Am I?
Milk n Honey will turn a honey color after a few days and she IS pendant as your picture shows. I don't remember what her foliage looks like. Someone else can probably answer better than I. Whiskers, tho, doesn't appear to be Whiskers. She should be a buttery yellow with nicely toothed leaves and a great smell and she has a more nodding appearance. If you go to plantfiles, you can probably find both of them there. If not, a Google search should bring them up for you. Check the images there.
Nice pictures.
Indiana & Brugie,
Thank you so much, Kinda what I thought, if I got burnt on 1 I got burnt on all of them:( Indiana if you ever have any cuttings of the real Whiskers, I would love to trade, I am the same person over on Garden web. :)Anita
Anita,
It's definitely "buyer beware" on e-bay, that's for sure. But, in the same turn, there are some very reputable people that sell on e-bay as well.
Remind me in October about Whiskers, Anita, and I'll let ya know what I can do.
Yeah.. the one thing about Whiskers I have always noted is those great tendrils. :)
I thought there was an earlier white called "Whiskers" but later on that name was applied to the yellow. Does anyone remember about that?
I don't remember, but I see White Whiskers was renamed Ambrosia
NYVOICE, you have mail.
Oh! Well that's the answer. Thanks.
Theraglady, Thank you so much..:)Anita
