Do you mean Oleander? As in Cascabela sp.? There are few images of "Oleaner" on the web, but they are all really Oleander. One thing you should know about Oleander is that it is highly toxic. I mean, it will kill you if you burn the timber for example. There was a case of a whole family dying that way here not too long ago. I kill it on sight, but yeah its pretty.

i've started oleander plants (which grow to small trees) from branches off our big one but they grow very slowly at first and then take off--i would think you would have them at your nurseries for not much cost--
They grow ALL OVER Florida - I hope some folks from Florida will send you cuttings - they root easily. I will be moving there, and will be begging cuttings from the neighbors. My DIL's neighbors have yellow, white, pinks, reds and a mauve color. It's really just a matter of connecting with a generous Floridian who has time to cut, wrap and mail them.
