Danville, VA(Zone 7a)

I am not sure what it is except it is a passie. It looks like a tulip sorta...
She is a baby...

Susan did you grow it from seed? If not where did you purchase that one?

Kay that second picture looks exactly like it. Where did you find it?

Danville, VA(Zone 7a)

I got it at a nursery, here in town... I will go out and see if it still has a name...

ok waiting...:o)

Danville, VA(Zone 7a)

Nope no tag on it.. Sorry... I am not sure to dig up or leave out for winter... The others have lived.. They die to the ground and then come up... What do you all think?
Susan

Tolleson, AZ(Zone 9a)

It really would depend on what type of passie it is. Have you had it long? Maybe the nursery can tell you what it is.

Danville, VA(Zone 7a)

I really don't remember which place I got it from... I have taken cuttings and so far so good.. I have one with a little itty bitty baby coming....

That one looks great. One of these years I will succeed at starting stuff that way. I have this one that I would like to try and root.

If it is P. Aurantia, the blooms will last three or four days. She puts out fruit like crazy and is a fun one to watch make her changes. It sure looks like P. Aurantia to me, but I'm only going by my poor memory from a couple of years ago.

Thank you I wrote that down.... Someone at work gave it to me... The ones I buy dont do as well...LOLOL I have one purple one that grows like a weed.. I can't believe I planted it this year and it is a monster... the tag said it was a passiflora alatocaerulea? It also showed a picture of a fruit on the tag but I have read I believe that this one does not bear fruit?
