From everything I have seen they don set seed. I have a whole pot of them and there has not been one seed that I have found. I think you have to grow from cuttings.

Yes they are. Ours bloomed all summer long and are still pretty. Maybe you can get some of the plant next spring when they start growing them again. I don't know how well a cutting would do all winter. Maybe someone will come along a tell us.
