HELP: Need chicken/rice recipe

I've been wantin' a good comforting chicken/rice casserole type dish for awhile now. DH and I keep experimenting in the kitchen for the perfect combo of ingredients but still haven't found the right mix. So far we use the rice, bone-in chicken on top, cheese, cream of mushroom/chicken soups, spices, chicken broth. But it's always kinda bland and the dish dry, despite our best efforts.

Any good recipes out there? Thanks in advance!
