I found a seed pod on my Lacunoca and then two on my Obscura. Anybody ever put a piece of panty hose on them to keep them from flying away?

You could use a knee high, cut the top part off and just put it in the foot part, cut that down to the smallest size you can and then use a twisty tie to secure at the opening....or maybe get some of those "peds" they have at shoe stores, the tiny little sort of foot shaped stockings they have you wear when you try on shoes. I don't know if they even make Barbie pantyhose..?
I've used the small footie ones before and used a rubber band or a twistie tie to keep them on. Congrats! I had tons of them last year but over the winter the plant went belly-up, so none this year. Got lots of seedlings though.

If you put a piece of scotch tape around the follicle, it will not burst open...and it will be obvious when it is ready....and you don't have to spend hours picking seeds from the nylon!!!
