The pond is one place where I spend more time and I just cannot avoid taking picture after picture. Each day seems different! That's how mad we become, don't we? I had not taken a shot from this angle before. Now the Gladioli are in bloom, it makes a nice background. The water lily is almost a common factor, my favourite - for its photogenic beauty. Since March 2006, there have been just about 10 days in all when this lily has not opened up. All the rest of the days, it's there to give joy. That's my coffee-bench beneath the Brugmansia plant. There is one beneath the Mussaenda which is too close to the Brug. This is a shot taken Saturday.

gorgeous, cant wait until i can get mine done you have done a fantastic job!!!!!!!!! what are all the plants you have planted around it? any fish in it?
Yes there are some fish. I have left space to walk around it. There are 2 Polyalthea trees - this shot from beside one of them. Hopefully the roots stay down. But the roots of my mussaenda have punctured the plastic. A couple of Jatrophas.
Very, very beautiful!
Oh....I could sit out there and have my coffee, too. Looks so relaxing. My kind of area. : )
