I have a sago palm turning yellow. What do yall to make my fronds greener?

Pop963 ~ is it in ground or pot? Mine does that overwinter and I think is caused by excess moisture. It requires some but prefers being on the dry side if I am not mistaken...

Edited to add ~ the low limbs do normally die turning yellow. I keep them trimmed off...
