I've taken this a while ago and have had no luck finding out what it is. Look at the scale it is feeding on a milkweed flower. Anyone know what it is.

The wings look skipperish but the head and legs look waspish. Try the bug id forum, Claypa, Ceejaytown, Kennedy, and some others are really good.
