Anyone interested in some daylily seeds? I got a little, um, "carried away,"
(that's a nice euphemism for the rampant insanity that gripped me this summer, pollenating madly with no real thought as to what on earth I was going to do if even a quarter of my attempts resulted in a pod....)
and now am looking at the just the first half of the harvest of seeds, and cringing at their number...
I'm going to have hundreds more than I need. Some are from named culitvars, a lot are from seedlings, with parentage too numerous to list, but which I'll send info about, to anyone who is interested. Please dmail me if you are.
Help!
Oh wow, you got d-mail!

2zeus,
Don't you think Jeanne's cottage (if ou can call it that) summer abode would look quite beautiful with a bed of iris and daylilies mixed, all the way up from her gate.
It could be called the mythical bed or ??????
It only takes a tractor with a plough, lots and lotsof planting/weeding/watering for a couple of years till there is bloom. After all am sure that is how you would like to spend your free time, back and forth on the ferry for a few years. After all, you mught have some amazing babies in there.

Hmmm.... or do you live in the country????
Ginny, you've lost me, don't know who you are referring to...
Forgot to say - I'll happily send seeds for a small SASE, thanks!
Here to answer your call for help. Do you still have some lily seeds?

Sorry Cheryl,
Forgot that you weren't at the Denman Island RU, beautifully hosted by Brugcrazy aka Jeanne.
