Anyone have any actual experience treating your dog for Cushing's disease? We were treating our 10 1/2 yr old pom mix Duke, then the treatment nearly killed him. He's recovering from the treatment but is still really shakey. He cant ever have the Cusging's med again so we know that will eventually kill him but would like to hear of others experiences. He is on two shots of prednisone daily, plus home cooked meals per vet recipe.
